Foxconn has a critical requirements for its compressed air quality, stabilities and continious supplies. After careful studies of PiPro’s proposal and evaluation works inside with professional engineering teams, they finally chose our PiPress®️ press fittings system, with AISI-316L stainless steel press fittings, and AISI-304 stainless steel pipes. PIPRO design team finished the piping layout design with our unique BIM system within 2hours on site and confirmed with Foxconn team. While for installation, PIPRO contractors finished the installation works of 3600meters piping system within 4days, thanks to PiPress®️ unique and solid press-fitting technologies.
The whole compressed air piping system was tested ZERO leakage, and a 0.02Bar pressure drop at the farthest end of use point.
