PiPress offer press fittings in AISI-ASTM 316L/EN1.4404 or AISI-ASTM 304/EN1.4301 materials.
PiPress offers flexible solutions for customized requirements for press fit connections, from private label/OEM, tailared sizes, sub-certifications(certifications under your own brands). MOQ or aditional cost applicable.
Sealing Technlogies
PiPress®️ standard fittings for water and heating are fitted with EPDM O-rings. The type of O-ring which has to be used
depends on the application and the medium. For Gas and normal compressed air, PiPress offers press fittings fitted with HNBR O-rings. And FKM O-ring
has to be fitted for special applications, such as media containing oil, high temperatures or certain chemical fluids.
LBP Technlogies
PiPress’s special designed LBP(leak before press) functional sealing elements allow installers to indentify the un-pressed connection at a very low fluids pressure.
Colorful Press-fit Indicators(Blue, Red, Green or other colors optional) to identify it’s as pressed! Achieve confidence during installation with our innovative press fit indicator. * 40 bar maximum pressure is guaranteed when installed using high-pressure ACO203XL Novopress tool. Standard pressure is between 16-40 bar when installed using a standard clamping tool.
