The PiPress Thin Wall and Light Gauge system is designed to provide a fast, easy method of joining off-the-shelf thin wall inox pipes.
Once pressed, PiPress couplings, valves and fittings create a positive mechanical interlock, engaging the pipe to create a permanent joint rated for 232 psi/16Bar

Sealing Technlogies
PiPress®️ standard fittings for water and heating are fitted with EPDM O-rings. The type of O-ring which has to be used
depends on the application and the medium. For Gas and normal compressed air, PiPress offers press fittings fitted with HNBR O-rings. Annd FKM O-ring
has to be fitted for special applications, such as media containing oil, high temperatures or certain chemical fluids.
LBP Technlogies
PiPress’s special designed LBP(leak before press) functional sealing elements allow installers to indentify the un-pressed connection at a very low fluids pressure.
In addition, we also offer color identification plastic sleeve ring over the press profile, which could be peeled off after press, to identify it’s as pressed!
